Booking sessions
All bookings can be made directly through the Bookings tab on our website. Simply select your preferred service, time, and practitioner, and you'll receive an instant confirmation. You will need to book each service separately. To book a package in one go, please call us on 0417 452 706.
Payment methods
We accept various payment options, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Payment is required on booking through the app, or for phone bookings at the time of your visit. For membership details, please enquire at our reception or see membership packages on the app.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes, we offer both. Our Wellness Packages bundle popular treatments for a full rejuvenation experience, and our Memberships offer exclusive benefits and discounts. You can find details on our Memberships page or ask us in-studio.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We operate by appointment only to ensure every client receives our full attention and care. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins will be accepted if space is available.
How early should I arrive?
For massage and facials, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to relax and fill out any necessary forms. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session.
Gift cards
Surprise your loved ones with the gift of wellness. Gift vouchers are available for all treatments and packages — perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or simply to share wellness with someone you love. Can I claim my massage with private health?
Yes — our remedial massage therapists are qualified and registered for health fund rebates for Remedial Massage only. Be sure to check with your provider and request a receipt for claiming after your session.
Is there parking onsite?
We have multiple car parks on site, ensuring easy access for all our visitors. Enjoy the convenience of ample parking spaces, making your visit hassle-free.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of massages and facials, and 12 hours for other services. Cancelled or rescheduled massage and facial appointments within 24 hours of the appointment slot will not be refunded.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Just yourself. We provide everything you need to feel comfortable. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in. Please let us know of any health conditions, injuries, pregnancy or recent surgery at the time of booking.
Do I need to bring a towel?
For infrared sauna or hot + cold therapy, please bring a towel per person. If you forget, towel hire is available for $3.
What is The LUMA Reset?
The Reset is a four-week program designed as your entry to LUMA — $349. It includes the personalised LUMA Protocol (a plan covering sleep, nutrition, exercise and modality guidance), a chiropractic consultation at Equilibrium Wellness Indooroopilly, 10 × 30-minute sessions across infrared sauna, hot + cold and sound healing, and a 60-minute massage. Can I book more than one therapy in a visit?
Absolutely — you can book a range of any of our services in a single visit, and packages are available. Pair any of infrared sauna, hot + cold or vibro-acoustic sound healing: 2 therapies for $60 (30 min each) or $80 (45 min each), or all 3 for $90 (30 min each) or $110 (45 min each). Book online or call us and our team will set it up for you.
Can I come as a couple?
Yes — both our infrared sauna and hot + cold therapy can be enjoyed as a couple for an additional $15. Simply select the couples option when booking, or let us know in-studio.
Are there any health conditions I should mention before booking?
Please let us know if you are pregnant, have recently had surgery, or have any heart, blood pressure or circulatory conditions. Infrared sauna and cold plunge are not recommended during pregnancy. If in doubt, check with your GP before your visit — our team is always happy to help you choose the right therapy.
Can I hire the studio exclusively?
Yes — Tuesdays are available for exclusive hire, ideal for corporate wellness retreats and private group bookings. Please get in touch to discuss your event. Enquire →
