All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by phone. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from LUMA Wellness Co.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of massage and facial appointments. A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for all other services. Cancellations or rescheduling within these periods will not be refunded. No-shows will be charged in full.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the full cost of the booked service, out of consideration for other clients.
You are responsible for informing us of any health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or recent surgery prior to your appointment. LUMA Wellness Co reserves the right to decline or modify a service if we believe it may cause harm. Our therapists are not medical practitioners and our services do not constitute medical advice or treatment.
Memberships require a minimum 2-month commitment and are billed monthly. Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Memberships may be paused with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the next billing date. LUMA reserves the right to modify membership inclusions with 30 days' notice.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
The LUMA Reset is available once per customer. Sessions must be used within 8 weeks of purchase. The program is non-refundable once commenced.
LUMA Wellness Co takes every precaution to ensure a safe environment. However, we accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during your visit, except where caused by our negligence. Clients participate in all services at their own risk.
